Tom's Sim Stuff has Objects, Skins, Houses, Downtown Lots and Vacation Lots for the Maxis/EA game The Sims, available to download with more stuff to come.

Currently there are not any downloads present on this site, I apologize for this but hopefully within the next few weeks
